Deliveries

All online orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days and will be shipped using 1st Class Royal Mail.

Please be aware, during busy periods, handling and postage times may take longer.

Our postage charge is £3.90 for a single box and £5.77 for double.

Late or Missing Order

We cannot be held responsible for the time your order takes to arrive as some elements are out of our control.

If your order has not been received 5 working days after you received a shipping confirmation, please contact us via email hello@robynsnest.co.uk. We will endeavour to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, if you have provided incorrect shipping information we are unable to provide a replacement or refund.

Return and Refund Policy

We have a 7 day return policy. If it has passed 7 days since your purchased unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange your purchase.

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and still in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

To complete a return you must provide proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for covering the costs of returning any items to us.

Shipping costs are non refundable and if you receive a refund this will be deducted.

Exchanges

We will only offer an exchange if the incorrect product has been sent or the goods are damaged. Please contact us before returning your item to arrange an exchange.
